How much could I earn?
You set your own hourly and daily prices. Driveways near the beach, transport and event venues tend to book most often. Use the calculator for an estimate, and change your price any time.
Who will be parking in my driveway?
Every driver signs up with a verified phone number and has a card on file before they can book. You'll see their name, car and number plate on each booking.
Do I have to approve every booking?
Hourly bookings confirm instantly so drivers can park straight away. For full-day bookings, you can choose to review each request first.
What if a driver stays too long?
Every booking has a set finish time, and drivers get reminders before it ends. If they're more than 10 minutes late, overtime is charged automatically from the booked end time, and you're notified when it starts.
How will drivers find my spot?
You add arrival instructions and a photo of where to park. Drivers get them as soon as they're booked, with one-tap directions. You don't need to be home.
What if I need my driveway back?
Set a weekly schedule, block out times, or pause your listing in one tap. No lock-in, no contract.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are handled by Stripe and paid to your bank account. You're paid out as soon as your balance reaches $25. If you're under that, we'll pay you at least every three months.
What does it cost me?
Nothing to list: no account fees and no listing fees. ARKD takes 30% of each booking, so we only make money when you do.
Do I pay tax on what I earn?
It can be taxable income. ARKD is required to report hosts' earnings to the ATO under the Sharing Economy Reporting Regime. We can't give tax advice, so check with an accountant or the ATO.
